2BV water ring vacuum pump is suitable for removing gas and water vapor. The suction pressure reaches 33 mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree), When the vacuum pump works for a long time when the suction pressure is lower than 80mbar, the cavitation maintenance pipe should be connected to stop the maintenance of the pump. If equipped with an atmospheric jet pump, the suction pressure can reach 10mbar. The jet pump can be directly installed on the vacuum pump. When used as a tightening machine, the maximum pressure is 0.26mpa (absolute pressure). Uniform corrosion resistance design, bronze impeller improves the pump corrosion resistance, stainless steel material is more suitable for more demanding applications.

5. All 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are equipped with cavitation protection pipe interface. If the pump works under the limit pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting with the separator) can eliminate the cavitation sound and protect the pump under the maximum suction effect.
6. Our factory recasts all models of 2BV series water ring vacuum pump, and all blank parts are made of precision casting (stainless steel and common materials).
7. All parts are precision processed by CNC lathe, and the mechanical seal is imported John Crane or Dalian Bergman to ensure the accuracy.
8. All imported bearings are NTN or NSK.
